Redistributing Framework EDI Components

Programs that use methods and properties from Framework EDI components must distribute the components along with the program in order to successfully execute the program.  The component files can be deployed by the program's installer, or use one of the runtime installer to deploy the components by launching the runtime from within the program's installer.
