Sets the default Cryptographic Service Provider (CSP).

Syntax:

<lRetVal> = object. SetDefaultCSP (<sKeyContainerName>, [<sServiceProvider>], [<lProviderType>])

Parameters:

• sKeyContainerName - Name of the key container to make as default key container.
• sServiceProvider - Optional.  New CSP name to use as default. If none is specified then the old CSP name is kept.
• lProviderType - Optional.  New CSP provider type to use as default. If none is specified and a service provider name is specified then the provider type of the provider name is used as the new default provider type. If the service provider name is not specified then the old CSP provider type is kept as default.  For the list of possible provider types please see Cryptographic Service Provider Type Constants.

Returns 1 if the operation is successful; returns 0 if operation failed.
